What is Capital One Business Deals?
Capital One Business Deals is an online portal for small business discounts. It’s free for anyone and doesn’t require prior commitments to use - you don’t even have to bank with Capital One. Business Deals helps you save on hotels, mobile phones, background checks, and more. The deals are easy to use, don’t require you to jump through hoops or track rebates over time.
Why did we change our name to Capital One Business Deals?
We believe in saying what you mean and meaning what you say. For us, Capital One Business Deals says it all. Our new name clearly describes who we are and what we do, especially for other small business owners like you.
How is Capital One Business Deals different from other rebate and discount programs?
Unlike consumer deals programs, Capital One Business Deals was built for small businesses. Our deals are sourced by procurement experts to help you and other small businesses like you save where you need it most.
Is a membership fee required to join Capital One Business Deals?
Absolutely not! There are no additional fees to use Capital One Business Deals discounts and services.
Do I need to be a Capital One Spark Business customer to access Business Deals?
No. All employees of small businesses and small business owners can sign up and enjoy the benefits of Capital One Business Deals.
Do I have to use a Capital One credit card when using these discounts?
No, you can use any form of payment that is accepted by the vendor.
How do I take advantage of a Capital One Business Deals discount?
Simply click the “Get Deal” button on the deal you want to use. You will be sent directly to that vendor’s website to browse, shop and take advantage of the deal.
What do I do if a deal does not work?
If you don't receive the discount as advertised at the point of transaction, please reach out to that vendor’s customer support line.
Who do I contact for status updates or to modify or cancel my order after I make a purchase?
Please contact the vendor directly to modify or cancel existing orders or reservations. Business Deals cannot modify bookings or orders made through the third-party websites.
Is Business Deals responsible for refunds or adjustments to a bill or invoice?
Capital One Business Deals does not control the prices seen on third-party websites. Please contact the merchant directly.
Do Capital One Business Deals discounts have expiration dates?
Unless stated directly in the deal, there are no specific expiration dates for product and service promotions, but we try our best to keep our deals fresh and relevant. Please check back regularly for the most current offers and pricing.
Is it possible to combine my Capital One Business Deals discount with another one?
Each deal is different. Please check the terms of each vendor’s offer to see if any restrictions apply.

How do I unsubscribe from Capital One Business Deals Marketing emails?
Open an email you’ve received from Capital One Business Deals and scroll to the bottom of the email. Click the "Unsubscribe" link and follow the instructions on the unsubscribe page to stop receiving emails from Capital One Business Deals. Please note that unsubscribing from Business Deals emails will not remove you from Capital One marketing emails or important account notifications. To unsubscribe from all Capital One emails, please submit the Capital One Email Opt Out form.
